Torii – Fusion Japanese Restaurant at Damansara Height

First impression when I reach Torii is… WoW… this place wall art is really cool~ I like it! ( Personally like Jap interior lar ). This restaurant served authentic Yakitori 焼き物 food and whisky, but some of it, I will say is fusion cuisine. They claim themselves own the most whisky in Malaysia. Hence, shouting to the japanese whisky lover out there, this is yours destiny of crave!

Broiled Lobster Chowder & Crab Croutons
One spoon of this broth is like a lot prawn swimming in your mouth, super fresh! They add on some fried crab on it, so you will experiencing variety of texture for this broth.

Mozzarella Cheese Salad
A bit wafu feel with fried garlic salad, I like this green. Salad not so dull and suit to my Asian tongue.

Wagyu Slider
This is their speciality, wagyu beef slide with the crispy feel of bun/cookies, it like scones. And, the beef juices is really fit with it.


Bonded Unagi and Foie Gras
Anyone can imagine this from the title? It food melting experience in your mouth directly! I wish that I can have more of this!


Avocado De La Mer
Baked steam egg with avocado with mushroomssss… Damn cun but quite oily instead~

Rack of Lamb
The shoulder lamb part, it burn perfectly with only sea salt and pepper. But, this is definitely no no to those who not a kambing lover. The lamb smell good to me, I like it!

Charred Maguro Kabuki
Slightly not recommended their sushi, they do well in every single yakimono. But not sushi, it’s just normal level of sushi.

Chicken wing
Crispy kind of feel on the chicken skin, well prepared for those who think eating chicken wing is tedious.

Rock Lobster
Grill prawn with some garlic sauce on it.

Mentaiko Pasta
Creamy texture with full of 明太子 mentai’s pasta. Nice combination!

Stone Bowl Rice
Wow wow, can you imagine the egg dancing on the bowl? With combination of the seafood and the some crispy rice due to the rice serve in the stone bowl.

Green Tea Creme Brulee + Whiskey N Raisin Ice Cream
This is definitely a sin! I can’t stop eating this, especially dessert comes to Brulee. Smell and taste to good for GreenTea + Egg!
