Ramadhan Buffet spreads prepared by Chef Mohamed Muzaffar that serves up tempting local Malaysia cuisine. The highlight of the buffet is the marinated grilled lamb with fits for Ramadhan feast every day.

The grilled lamb is nicely charred, with a flavorful marinade that is juicy on the meat texture. However, in the same vein of grilling meat, I really prefer their satay!
